Have you been transformed by God through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius?
Has your relationship with Jesus through the Exercises deepened in ways that you always desired, but never thought would happen?
Have you been desiring to share with others the profound love and mercy of God that you found in and through the Exercises?
Have you wanted to deepen your practical understanding of discernment and the Spiritual Exercises?
Consider actively discerning training in the Facilitator Formation Program for the 19th Annotation.
You may take the first year of formation without a commitment to Year 2 and use Year 1 as a discernment year to move on to the practicum year.
This is a 2-year formation program. At the end of the first year, there will be a process of discernment before moving on to the second year of practicum.
First Year:
A monthly small group gathering for faith sharing, learning more about discernment and the dynamics of the Exercises.
Practice sessions to learn the skills and develop the listening crucial to facilitation.
Weekly prayer based on the themes for each month.
Second Year:
Facilitation of at least one person through the Exercises.
Monthly formation meetings for group supervision, consultation, advanced instruction on the dynamics of the Exercises, and hands-on experience planning, preparing, and facilitating the Faith Sharing Conferences and other group gatherings for the current retreatants.
