Individual Supervision
One-on-one spiritual direction/companioning supervision can be done in-person or virtually online via secure Zoom meetings. Prior to supervision sessions, supervisees engage in prayerful self-reflection similar to the Examen, simply noticing a particular moment in a companioning session with the one they are companioning as it arises. This particular moment may highlight a joy, a challenging emotion, a way of being or a sequence of exchanges that, if brought into supervision, could lead to fruitful self-awareness and growth as a spiritual companion. A Contemplative Reflection Form is completed to assist with this process and is submitted about a week prior to the supervision session. Consultation is provided if needed at the end of the session.
Supervision meetings may be made at regularly scheduled intervals (e.g., every month or every other month) or on an as-needed basis.
Fees range from $90 to $150 for a supervision hour.

Group spiritual direction/companioning supervision can also meet in-person or virtually. Typically, groups meet for 1-1/2 to 2 hours depending on the size, needs and preferences of the group. One person completes the Group Supervision Contemplative Reflection Form and submits it to the group members prior to the session. That person is the Focus Person while the other members provide the compassionate, contemplative space for inquiries and reflections that assist the Focus Person in prayerfully pondering the interior movements of the Spirit in relation to their specific interactions with the one they are companioning. It is akin to "turning over stones" and seeing what is revealed beneath them. Through this process, the other group members also grow in awareness of their own process and become more attuned to the presence and movements of the Spirit within themselves and among each other.
A group must have at least 3 people to begin.
Group supervision meetings usually occur monthly on a regular basis.
Fees for group supervision is $40/person.
